Deposits let me know that you are serious enough for me to invest time in the long multiple interactions interview process, they are refundable if any party changes their mind at anytime in the process. Deposits placed before 6 weeks of age go on a list in order of date and time placed and separated by gender, you can pick your choice of pup once they are moving around well and you can see their temperament. After 6 weeks of age we can begin letting people choose their pick of the litter according to place in line. This allows you to reserve your spot but wait to see personality when they are moving around good. After 6 weeks you just pick your favorite. You are able to decline and wait for the next litter or get a refund of your deposit. Different litters are likely to have different qualities. I reserve the right to decline any interested party at any time in the process and you have the right to change your mind as well. *

Are you willing to learn breed specific training techniques and listen to and read the provided information on the website? What works for one breeds characteristics doesn't always work as well for others. With both of my breeds it is better to make them think that your idea is great and beneficial to them, they work for cuddles. They are both sweetness and strong willed, all rolled into one. Dalmatians aren't for first time dog owners as they are somewhat of a protection breed and the boys more so than the girls aren't into being buddies with everyone they meet on the street. In fact our boy was gotten because my son was robbed at gun point in DC. The girl is more lovey and enjoys meeting most other people but still protects the property with me. They love their person fiercely. Shih tzu might not be for first time dog owners because of the diligence needed for potty management in the first year... Their failure is really our failure to manage the problem before it becomes a problem. Counter surfing or potty training space management is required for up to two years allowing for teenage developmental regressions, think middle school rebellion and hormonal confusion altering their previously angelic behavior.? *

Do you live within 2 hours of Roanoke Virginia? Are you interested in being a guardian home in exchange for a reduced cost? A guardian home fosters a dog, living with, loving and training them while allowing them to help the program and after year 5 the dog officially becomes yours. The puppies produced will be prospects for performance and showing, some will be chosen to add to the program, some will go on to help people in need for service and therapy dogs, and some are sold to help fund expenses? *

In addition to the guardian program I am open to other arrangements or bartering of services equaling or exceeding approximately $3000. Any qualified and certified up to code carpenters, deck and roof builders, electricians, pavers, field mowing, farm fencing installers, etc. How about certified and accredited accountants and book keepers, business lawyers, financial planners, people to do the things - not tell me how to do the things - I want education but also I want you to do it, etc. Do you want to train two of my dalmatian dogs to track downed deer in exchange for a puppy, etc. Do you want to handle and put some titles on a group of my dogs in exchange for your own pup? Do you want to do lots of baths, grooming, clean, feed, and socialize puppies and dogs, It is likely easier if you live nearby for this one?

I donate dogs to people in need of a service dog if they qualify to be in a certified program. If you qualify and are in need tell me your situation.
